Return Policy
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. For services that have been completed, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached
- Items must not be damaged, altered, or personalized in any way
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided
- Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns initiated by the customer for reasons other than our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipment.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely and include the return authorization number
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized gift wrapping services that have been completed
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items without proof of purchase
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items returned after the return period has expired
General Legal Requirements
This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional consumer rights, those rights will apply in addition to the terms outlined in this policy.
Cancellation Policy
For service orders, you may cancel your order at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
For product orders, you may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, standard return procedures apply.
Refund Procedure
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter.
